The goal of your first visit is to establish a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain implant background information (ie: medical and dental history); wishes, dreams, and desires for dental care; and give you time to get to know Dr. Rolf and the staff.

Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations when indicated. We will also take appropriate digital x-rays, that may include a panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as a bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.
